The Clerk is required to be the keeper of the records of the county. These records include but are not limited to

• Vital spastics
• births
• deaths
• marriages
• deeds deeds of trust
• liens

• judgments
• federal tax liens
• state tax liens
• Lis Pendens
• mechanics liens
• financial statements aka UCCs

• Corporate documents
• Church trustees
• Soldiers discharge

Filing costs of these documents vary depending on the number of pages to be indexed. An index to the fee schedule is provided on the County Clerk's Index page.
